I finished my first term summer classes this morning. I actually got six hours in Term I. Never actually was able to accomplish that before. I took Psychology 1010 and an upper level Social Work class, Marriage and Family. I think I pulled A's in both of them. Now I'm free to relax until Monday when my Term II classes begin. That's when Sexuality Education and Personal and Community Health will be the forefront of my brain for the next six weeks.
Of course, as is typical with me, I finish one major project (Term I at NSU) and immediately feel the need to stick another project in before I start my next major project (Term II at NSU). Last night, I got an idea for a scrapbook called "My Beautiful Life." Now, to be honest with you, I'm having a hard time thinking about my life in those terms right now...because I did tell you that the last year has been HELL. Did I? Uh, yes. I did. Anyhoo, scrapbooking is therapy for me and just maybe, I can work myself out of this funk by squeezing in a scrapbook project. It would also be a good thing to have at the reunion when someone asks about my family and my life. Oh well...in a scrapbooker's mind...this is a good idea.
Well, I'm going to do a few chores around here and get to work on my new idea!
