Let me go home....

You know...I wonder if a song with lyrics about going home was a good song choice. Simon agrees. Even so, I'm having a hard time deciding who I like less...Elliott or Paris? Oh, heck...it's a toss up. I wouldn't be upset for either one. But make me choose...and I'd send Paris home first. Then Elliott.

Play That Funky Music White Boy...was perfect for Taylor. What the heck were the judges hearing anyway? I didn't get to hear his second song because Monkey called me from the driveway to ask me where to bury the kitten. (A really sad story...yall don't want to hear.) So I had to go outside during his Beatles song. I hate I missed it because Ava said it was good.

Oh, my freaking gosh! But is that the funniest Sonic commercial or what?

Wife: I can't think of anything I love more than Sonic's BLT sandwich.

Husband: Hey. Think about what you are saying. What does a sandwich have that I don't?

Wife: Uh, Bacon.

Geeze...that was funny! Maybe it's just me. I don't know. But I'm thinking it was funny. No matter who you are. (Okay...not too original but if Larry the Cable Guy has time to read this blog, I do hope he's flattered.)

Chris was Chris. I mean...he's good. Sexy as heck. But I lose interest. I forget to listen to him.

My new favorite song is Black Horse and The Cherry Tree. Dang! I didn't realize how good Katharine was until I listened to K.T. Tunstall's version. I'm buying the whole album!

Ava is so proud of me. I'm buying...Stickwitu, Dirty Little Secret, and My Humps. A tad more recent than oh, say...Air Supply. We've been playing on iTunes tonight. I think it's time for some new music.

I've got this stuff by Merle Norman on my face right now. It's called Miracol and it's like a mask that dries and then you wash it off with water. Well, I just looked in the mirror and saw what I'd look like if I was a shriveled up old wrinkly woman. This stuff must come off now!

Later Dudettes!
