Fresh out of ideas...
I have to make a presentation about John Milton and three of his works ("How Soon Hath Time," "When I Consider How My Light is Spent," and "Methought I Saw My Late Espoused Saint" (the last one is my favorite)). It has to be a ten minute presentation...mostly about the poetry, not the author's life history. We have to be as creative as possible...and that is important because our classmates will be judging us. There will be six groups presenting different poets. The class will rate the groups. It can be Power Point presentations, handouts, skits, food, or any other interesting method to capture our audience's attention. I'm reading the poems...and I've researched the history behind them...but I'm fresh out of creative ideas to explain my poetry and win points with my class. Yall got any ideas? Katya? Ginger? Anybody?
