I don't have a lot to say today...

Sorry...no exciting, life changing post today. (As if those kinds of posts are an regular occurence on this blog. Sarcasim.) I've been trying all morning to think of something interesting to write about. And I'm still thinking.

I did get an e-mail from The Myrtles Plantation this morning. It's one of the most haunted homes in America. Ava wants to go there for her birthday. So next Saturday (the 14th), the plan is to take two of Ava's friends and their moms and head down south for about 2 hours and 43 minutes (don't ya just love mapquest?) and treat them to lunch and a tour of one of American's most haunted homes. I'm dying to take a million pictures...in hopes that I may get a picture of one of the ghosts. It's going to be a fun birthday excursion. More details and hopefully, pictures of ghosts...after we go.

Yesterday's Money Tally:

$ 3.80 (Breakfast-Burger King)
$ 7.57 (The Will (Goodwill...Ava prefers to call it The Will) for two black skirts for Ava...she needs another costume for next week.
$ .50 (Pack of Gum)

Total $11.87

By the way, my plan is to keep track without any major changes until I get paid at the end of the month. Then I'm going to set up a tenative budget and try to live within the guidelines. I'm sure this will all have its ups and downs. Oh, and I may not post actually money amounts anymore...I was thinking about it...and you know...this is the Internet. (So why is yesterday's tally posted? Because I need something to write about.) I write with yall in mind...fogetting that coo-coos can read this blog if they so desired. I'm not sure what I think they could do with that information...but anyway...I'm going with my intuition here...and not posting any money amounts.

Next week is the premiere of American Idol. I just know yall are going to be rushing over here to see what I think. (Sarcasism, again.) Let me tell you...I'm going to be tough this year. It's going to be a hard year for all the contestants. I'm just not sure I can be blown away this year. Just can't imagine how I could possibly be impressed. (That was not sarcasism.) If a contestant gets a two-thumbs-up from me this year, it will be amazing. Just can't see how I can be that wowed. But we shall see. Surely, the producers know this as well. You know they read this blog....yeah, right...well, they should anyway.

To anyone who sends me e-mails that may contain men's naked body parts: please warn me in the subject line so that I don't open it up at work in front of co-workers who happen to be standing around my desk.

Today is the Ephinany. I can take my Christmas stuff down now. You know...it's really not bothering me. I am so not in the mood to take this stuff down. No, I am not. I am all about being a true redneck and leaving it up til July.

Well, the girls are supposed to be coming this weekend so it will be a busy one. I do miss my AnnaBanana and NannyNannyBoBanny (Ever wonder why I don't mention her name too much? It's quite long to type, ya know.). We're having company and we're grilling steaks tomorrow night. Should be fun. Busy but fun.

Later Dudettes.
