Another year older...

But so what! I'm happy, healthy, and full of life! Yeah, I feel that way now. I've had AnnaBanana for a solid week...and Nannynannybobanny since Saturday. We took the girls and A to Waterworld in Houston for the weekend. I had an appointment with my respiratory doctor in Houston Monday afternoon. Oh, and I've lost 5 pounds since my last visit in December. Oh, and my lungs are doing fine. Did I tell you that I lost 5 pounds since last December? Anyhoo, the girls went home today! Okay...I love them...but I was ready for a break.

I'm making A a belt like Amanda's. I'm loving it. I'm making it with Red Heart Kids yarn called "Happy" and it's funny but it really does make me happy. When I was in Houston, I started a blankie for my little boy chihuahua, Captain, with some pastel green velvet yarn. I can tell that I'm going to be a knitter that has several projects on the needles at a time because I get bored after a while of working with the same color or texture. I am limiting myself to two projects at a time so that I'll occasionally finish a project.

Well, tomorrow, A and I have a dentist appointment...and then I'm back to work on Thursday. No more vacation time before school starts. I'm going to spend some time tomorrow reading blogs and catching up with all of yall. I really need to clean out my closet but I'll probably spend it here with yall. That's much more fun.
